On another note, Inwas just playing Stars Dance and ohmygod I had forgotten how amazing that album is. Sometimes I get frustrated at the amount of missed opportunities Selena has had in her career. Walk Like A champion, Stars Dance, Undercover, Write Your Name and Birthday were all guaranteed smashes if released properly with music videos and promo.
I just want her to go all out an era. Revival had its moments but she always slows down and kills her own momentum. I'm confident that with Selena's star-power, likeability, and fame she could have her own Teenage Dream era, and multiple #1s.

Like I've said before, this era could have been her own little Teenage Dream era. She has 7 single worthy songs on this album in my opinion - Good For You, Same Old Love, Hands to Myself, Kill Em with Kindness, Survivors, Sober, and Me & the Rhythm. Although she didn't do 3 of the 4 released singles any justice whatsoever, we did get to see what happens when she actually acts like a pop star with a current era with Same Old Love, which benefited immensely from all the promo and the remix that was released at just the right time. Imagine if she had given the same treatment to Good For You, which reached the same peak on its own, with no promo during its single era or remixes/discounts (I think). The same goes for Hands to Myself, which got a small push with one performance before it really even took off and a video that was released slightly too early (but that thankfully still did the trick). Point is, the material this era could have easily led to a mini Teenage Dream era, with all the singles going Top 10 at least - the issue is from the management perspective. Things weren't totally ****ed, but with a little more planning and effort, this era could have been much bigger for her. But oh well, like I said, the material is there at least, which is what truly matters in the end. (Off topic but I saw her a few days ago on tour and damn I was blown away, I really didn't expect to be as slayed as much as I was.)
EDIT: Also off topic - does anyone know if the official Hands to Myself instrumental leaked? I've looked on YouTube and all the ones I've seen are fan-made. It played for a commercial before she came on when I saw her the other day and it slayed.

Selena Gomez' "Kill Em With Kindness" rises two places to #15 on this week's pop airplay chart.
It’s official: “Kill Em With Kindness” is a Top 15 hit at pop radio.
The fourth “Revival” single received ~6,456 spins during the June 12-18 tracking week. Up 230 spins from last week’s count, the tally slots “KEWK” at #15 on Mediabase’s official pop radio airplay chart.
The song was #17 last week.

I don't know why I thought the song had peaked at #38 on the Hot 100.

it also was predicted go top 50 last week. The predictions has been a bit off, I guess because the youtube views are at most not local (sadly). It has a chance of top 40 next week. Hopefully radio is not dropping this yet.
