Imageshack hasn't worked for me to upload an image and post it on ATRL in a long time either. I usually look for other websites to upload images. Sadly, since I don't do that very often, I don't remember the ones I use to replace Imageshack.
Uploadir is a great alternative.
It's quick, no registration required, and can handle image files up to 50mb.
How do I check or know if I get any warning points
You will receive a PM by the good bro "ATRL-o-matic".
Also, you can go to your profile (clicking your username
atop the page), then go to the "Warnings" tab and finally
see how many do you have.
