This list is from May 2009 and Circus was still selling + The Singles Collection got released a few months later. She definitely sold over 23,100,000 through Soundscan in the 2000s.

I was just reading this article:
http://www.officialcharts.com/featur...-me-crazy-2515
and I noticed
(You Drive Me) Crazy peaked on entry at Number 5 in the Official Singles Chart and has sold 285,000 copies (and over 2,400 in 2013 alone – so you still love it).
and I thought her catalogue sales in the UK were bad. Slay a bit!

...Baby One More Time: 14x Platinum
Oops...! I Did It Again: 12x Platinum
Britney: 6x Platinum
In The Zone: 3x Platinum
Greatest Hits: My Prerogative: 2x Platinum
Blackout: Platinum
Circus: 2x Platinum
Femme Fatale: Platinum
Total: 41x Platinum
She is SO undercertified.

RIAA doesn't count club sales to the certifications although I believe ''Britney'' is eligible for 5xPlatinum with shipments. (With club sales it's between 5,4-5,5M)
Same for OIDIA, although I believe it's definitely eligible for 11xPlatinum, but 12xPlatinum is way too much. (OIDIA is like Britney's worst catalog seller)
Not sure about GH:MP being 2xPlatinum (although it's her best catalog seller in US).
The way Britney's albums certifications shoud look like:
...Baby One More Time - 14xPlatinum
Oops!...I Did It Again - 11xPlatinum
Britney - 5xPlatinum
In The Zone - 3xPlatinum
Greatest Hits: My Prerogative: 1xPlatinum
Blackout - 1xPlatinum
Circus - 2xPlatinum
Femme Fatale - 1xPlatinum
OVERALL - 38xPlatinum

RIAA has always counted club sales. Nielsen Soundscan is the one that doesn't count club sales.
She's soooo close to 40x Platinum eligibility

I want OIDIA to reach album there
They should confirm that GH reaches 1M so she will officially have 2 1M selling album
ITZ sold more than Britney album despite peaked so low outside top 10
Circus single sold a lot despite peaked outside top 10
TTWE passed HIAM despite peaked outside top 20

Her single, album and tour sales were tragic there during FF era

I'm using an iPhone4 but I can't view the while single parts. It's cut like 50% from the screen. I don't know if it's happening to other iPhone users but would appreciate it a lot if OP fixed it. Thanks
