Because there arent enough... you can find her US sales because shes sold here but she hasn't sold much overseas which is why she is absent on the IFPI. If she sold at least a million she would be on the site like everyone else. The IFPI is gonna certify her Japan Sales of 100k because that is nothing, it has to at least be a million.
