Lol first of all, who made that picture is the guy from pawsdown who changes his username 165352 time per day, and tries hard to imitate that fake Gaga account. He just fails horribly at making anyone laugh. Luigi Germanotta is some monster who always posts on pawsdown, rumor has it he's the fat guy from myspace but I don't think that's him. Luigi imo is just a Madonna stan trolling his fanbase. There used to be a real Gaga fan who's a joke, and used to make the most cringeworthy posts called Anthagio. He probably inspired those fake accounts
