I always felt that she could have promoted more if Younger didn't exist but you're right, there are so many other behind the scenes problems happening right now and that were happening before filming. Obviously, I'm beyond disappointed that her first really high profile performance just got scrapped but at least she apologized for it. I was expecting her to not even tweet.
Honestly, this is probably the messiest era I've ever seen. At least with Britney Jean, fans knew up front that it would have no promotion. If Andre is too lazy to even cross-check music dates with Younger filming dates, then he needs to be replaced. Once Younger is done filming she won't have that as a scapegoat anymore but I feel like she will just switch to Luca which is part of the blame according to her as to why she won't be performing at the parade. It's frustrating because it's completely possible to have a career and be a mom but I think Hilary has separation anxiety. I'm sure Mike is beyond capable and she has a nanny. I wish Hilary would promote like she said she would in the Pop Justice interview.
