Download the scrobbler. It should do this one time thing where it transfers all your preexisting iTunes plays. After that it'll just automatically transfer every time you sync your phone (if you have an iPhone, which you should if you're not ugly and basic) and it'll transfer every time you play from iTunes.
And you can also do the same with your Spotify plays by looking at your settings on Spotify.
