I kept trying to sleep this morning, but I'd fall asleep then wake up in a state of sleep paralysis every time. That's happened to me since I was a kid, but this time I heard voices and actually saw things for the first time ever. I was kind of scared, even though I knew the hallucinations were a normal thing when going through sleep paralysis. I felt like I was about to be possessed, tho.
