Audition Notice - Casted Fans
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to be on the field for the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show starring Beyoncè. This group of Casted Fans will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be on the field for the halftime show with Beyoncè.
This is a volunteer position in the halftime show. If you are interested in being considered, please read the following notice and submit your group information.
Groups
All participants are required to be part of a group. Groups must have at least 10 members including one group leader. A group can be an organized team, club, squad, community group, or even a group of friends who want to be a part of this experience together. Each group must have, or assign, a leader who is at least 21 years of age. Group Leaders must be a parent or legal guardian of at least one member of the group.
Group Leaders
Group leaders must be at least 21 years of age. The group leader will be our point of contact for all show information. We will expect the group leader to be responsible for all communication and organization for the group, including:
Communicating rehearsal schedules & arrival instructions
Organizing carpools/transportation
Making sure group members know and follow all rules
Chaperones
Groups must have 1 adult (parent or guardian) for every 10 group members who are under 18. Chaperones must be at least 21 years of age. Chaperones, with the group leader, will be responsible to make sure group members are participating and following all rules.
Leaders and Chaperones will be a part of the Halftime Show with their group members.
All Participants, including Group Leaders and Chaperones, must be present and participate for all rehearsals & show day. Please make sure anyone participating with your group is able and willing to adhere to the following.
All Participants Must:
Be at least 16 years of age
Have an understanding of staging and blocking.
Be of sound physical health and capable of vigorous physical activity without assistance, including walking long distances and the ability to run onto & off of the field as directed without stopping (really, we mean run).
Report each day at their scheduled check-in time.
All rehearsals are mandatory. Absence from rehearsal may result in removal from the show.
Rules
No drinking alcohol
No use of drugs
No foul language
No pushing or fighting
No smoking
No weapons of any kind
Rehearsal Schedule
All rehearsals are mandatory. We can’t stress this enough. Absence from any rehearsal may result in removal from the show. Please make sure you're available for all listed rehearsals before submitting any information. Approximate and 'TBD' elements will be announced after casting. Date Time Location January 27th Approx. Important to know
No tickets to the game are available. You will not have seats at the stadium to watch the game.
Each group will be expected to provide their own transportation. Car-pooling will be very important for all rehearsals & on Game Day, as parking is limited.
Submitting your group information does not guarantee participation. We will notify those selected to participate via email.

For registration, we'll be asking for the following information for each member of your group:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
In addition, the group leader must provide and email address and phone number. Please gather all this information from each group member before beginning your registration.
