When you look at the album as a whole, that's very debatable. Camila's time got decreased significantly which automatically gives other girls more time.
You might be used to hearing Camila being dominant on the songs, and that's why it makes you think that she is not being served justice this time when in fact, she is getting time as much as the other girls.
Relfection, Dinah and Lauren got the ****** end of the stick because their solos did not make them stand out at all. Lauren's raspy voice does not suit the lines she was given making her seem like the weakest vocalist out of the girls. Dinah's parts could be sung by any decent singer out there (and we all know Dinah is not simply
decent). She's capable of amazing things, yet everything that required vocal skills was just thrown at Camila or Ally.
I'm not discrediting Ally or Camila at all (because I love these girls to death and their talent is through the roof) but it was very obvious the producers felt very comfortable with how Ally hits the high notes so they just gave every single part with a high note to her and Camila's slightly nasally voice makes her so distinguishable on any part, so they took the easy route and just used her most of the time (which explains her ridiculously high number of minutes cmpared to the other girls on Reflection); they didn't want to go through the effort of
finding a part that will make Lauren/Dinah stand out even though the result would be amazing - using Camila seemed like the least time (and probably money) consuming task so they used her a lot. The producers basically developed a "when in doubt, put Camila!" work ethic.
Look at 7/27, listen to the album from beginning to end. I guarantee you you'll find yourself complimenting and "YAAAS"-ing at every girl at one point or another.
However, I must agree that Ally this time around is the least vocally showcased girl on the album. But it's nowhere as bad as it was to Lauren and Dinah on Reflection (Ally got a pretty impressive part on Dope, for example).
