She got a few bits about the couch right and highly exaggerated the rest...so what she got about 1 right doesn't make up for all the tamara lies now does it, she even spun Carlos getting fired a few days later as him personally leaving. She needs to leave her bias OPINIONS at the door and come with far more facts than a seating lineup, and that's the last I'm addressing you Tamara.
This reunion was boring, Nene clearly wasn't there for it. Phaedra didn't seem too into it, the only people who did were Claudia speaking up at any point she could and Cynthia still trying to have a personality with that haystack on her head.
Porsha looked good (second place in best dressed on wwhl, the public STILL loving team real over team petty), she had a few good lines and I loved her rant and truth of why she won't apologise to Kenya, whether or not the bus incident was a few weeks later, she knew all along Kenya didn't mean a word about forgiving her. It was shady enough to show the clips of Claudia as a way of bringing Porsha on, I think that said it all really.

maybe you don't understand the purpose of a blog...she can have her opinion.
Just like straight from the a, reality tea etc.
She got more than a few bits right.
She even commented on people saying Nene was best dress and that Porsha wore similar hair from last year and looked like Kenya's dress this year
she said it was filmed at teh same place they film reunions although the set looks different.
She got quite a few things right. I'm trying to find what she got wrong so far on her reunion tea

And As you can see from the 1st taping, NeNe just wanted to get through the taping as quickly as possible, and tried to let all the jabs slide off her back by dismissing them quickly (which is why you see Kenya calling her a "mute" in the preview for the 2nd part).
You have to understand, that out of all of the girls on that stage, NeNe has the MOST to lose by saying the wrong thing. It didn't used to be that way, and that's why it was so fun to watch her during the old days, because she would just pop off and give 0 f**ks.
There's A LOT that goes down that you don't see, and every one of those girls (except Porsha & Phaedra) continually tried to clock her throughout the entire evening, looking for a "come up". And we all know the quickest way to get some shine, is to go head to head with NeNe.

Edit: Kandi REALLY does not like NeNe though. And it becomes more obvious that it has more to do with NeNe and Phaedra becoming friends than anything else. Which is sad, because NeNe has nothing to do with the demise of Kandi's relationship with Phaedra....Kandi needs to own up to her part in how that played out.

No she didn't. she even gave Nene credit for looking the best although she wasn't sure she said that's what she was told. She also made it clear that Phaedra was given the sympathy card so there wasn't much coming her way and Phaedra didn't hve to deal with as much as Nene because of her situation.
Nene COULDN'T give them anything because she was wrong. She was more wrong than right this season and the GP saw it that's why she came with that childish I'm wrong and you're right stuff because she had no strong defense. Kandi clocked her with receipts and she couldn't even comeback with much.
Porsha did not hold her own though...she was shaky and started on the right path put kept getting clocked and couldn't finish.
How are you going to say she held her own when Cynthia even clocked her and Claudia exposed her and she had no comeback.
C'mon son...
I must say I was surprised because Kenya really didn't give anything until the last few minutes. i agree with you there

Also: Phaedra is giving me mixed signals on whether or not she wants to stay on the show. Her speech about leaving the show made me feel like she's over it. Here's the thing: she's one of Andy's favorites and he loved Ayden (Ayden came to visit Bravo in NYC and spent the day with Andy) and Phaedra has a really positive relationship with Andy.
I can definitely see Phaedra getting a Kandi style spinoff.

Porsha didn't scalp anything. The fact that a grown ass woman still won't claim responsibility and apologize for attacking someone (regardless of provocation) is pretty childish and pathetic. Kenya clocked the whole couch by telling them forgiveness isn't about the other person it's about yourself. So while nene and her mean girls claim to be "so real" in reality they're looking "so bitter" especially Phaedra and Porsha. I mean they've done a 180 since last season. Both were fun and easy going but now they've gotten like nay nay superior and bougie

I don't see a spin off for Phaedra. Yes she may be a favourite but she's not that well received by the public. Her social media following isn't that strong and she's not really a big name to the show. It would be interesting to see a Phaedra spin off because I know that little boy would be the breakout star. (She needs to put him in some commercials or something cause he is just too adorable and smart to not be)
Phaedra and Porsha Aren't going anywhere though. Nene needs her minions.

I completely disagree. Also, saying forgiveness is for yourself and not for the other person is the most self-centered and egotistical thing I've ever heard–I'm not surprised to hear it come out of Kenya's abrasive mouth.

I don't think it's selfish. I'm not going to forgive someone who attacked me just to help them feel better or clear their conscience. I'm going to forgive them because I personally don't have space in my heart to Harbour resentment.
Kenya abrasive though?

Porscha on apologizing to kenya for attacking her - " I will never apologize because she doesn't deserve one" I'm paraphrasing of course

I don't even like Kenya but to call her abrasive when Phaedra nene and porsha exude that quality the most is laughable.

lol...I really can't say too much. But I do have to say that at the end of the day--this is a JOB for these ladies. And you do what you have to do to stay relevant. That's the nature of the game.
Having seen all the drama first hand--I do have to say that these ladies aren't all bad, and when the camera is not rolling, they are much nicer and down to earth than you would think.
There is a moment that happens in Part 3 of the Reunion-involving NeNe and Kenya that is really surprising (considering their history).
I did walk away from that evening really not liking Kandi though. Which is a shame, because I liked her before all this. Maybe it's all the hormones she's taking to get pregnant, but she's really just not an empathetic or sympathetic person. More like Mama Joyce than I thought.

Wow left couch totally slayed tonight.
Kandi totally got Nene together and Claudia did awesome. I started to dislike claudia for her thirstiness towards the end of the season but y'all have to admit that girl can READ.
And Kenya finally is able to give it to these girls at the reunion like i know she can. She's really improved since phaedra absolutely evaporated ha in that season 5 read off. Phaedra, who is undoubetly the best reader of the bunch, really got her with that bible read but i did NOT expect Kenya to get the last word with that last PUNCH.
What kind of end of Rocky teas? Slay!

I think absolute necessities should be Nene, Kenya, Kandi, and Phaedra for next season. All have become pillars of the franchise, and I want to see these four get along or at least have some respect for each other.
I'd like Claudia to stay too. I sort of think of her like Carlton on RHOBH. They both got a bad rep for being thirsty and trying to make another housewife their storyline (Kyle was to Carlton as Porsha was to Claudia) but I think they both have a lot to offer based with their personalities, and I think if Claudia got another season she would really deliver, just like I think if Carlton got another season she would have done great too.
Cynthia I struggle with. She's been a part of the franchise for so long but I really think she isn't really a staple like the other girls, and could be let go.
Porsha is liked on social media but she just seems too common to me to be deserving of a peach.

I agree with the four main girls needing to stay around (Kenya nene Phaedra and Kandi) but I do think Claudia should perhaps be given a chance next season. Hopefully now that she's settled in atlanta she can have some of her own contacts and friends and not antagonize people for screen time. She's dating someone so hopefully we see that next season. Cynthia needs to be demoted to friend along side porsha (she doesnt really have a storyline but is still liked on social media)
Then they need two new girls to bring the cast to 7 (possibly a friend of nene (chuck n Monique were messy I think they could add some flare,plus we can see nene in a different light since she's actually really close friends with her) and someone close to kandi ( I was thinking toya but I'm doubtful she'd do it)

Watching the reunion... I'm at the point where Kandi address her supposed hate towards Nene. Honestly, it's just now that I realise Kandi really has always been the most down-to-earth housewife of the RHOA franchise. She's bold, honest, truthful & most importantly REAL.
