Not really. In my opinion, those are the best tracks on the album. Both of them are POP perfection. But as the album as a whole, it doesn't seem like that's where the album's direction is going. It seems like CiCi wanted a classic R&B style. Releasing Overdose/or Livin it Up as singles, and then we buy the album and be like "er... where's the other pop sounds?" would be misleading. It should be a single, but not the first single. A summer single would be perfect.

I agree with you for US, but WW either of those would have been good, sinc ethe album launches in a lot of countries on nothing

Overdose would work on Pop, Rhythmic and even HAC, possibly, but I just can't see it working on Urban.
So while Overdose is slaying Pop she should release something that can ONLY be on Urban... I guess Keep On Lookin' would work? Anything else would kind of be a bad idea because the rest of the album is crossover material.

Yeah I feel the same, but since I don't see I'm Out doing anything major WW, they also could release while Overdose goes pop (US) and main (WW), release Livin'It Up as follow up (WW) and ignore it for US, or even release a solo version

I agree with that, there are so many approaches, tbh. Hopefully they have an approach that won't end in an enormous mess I'm not feeling so confident about it but I sincerely believe that Ci and LA can pull through with undying effort.
