I can not. Why do people call Raining Men a flop when it was only released to urban, and it didnt receive single treatment? If Rihanna and Nicki shot a hot video, performed it at the BET awards and 106 and park, released the song to pop and rhythmic, the song would go top 20 on billboard, at the very least
