Matt is a remote possibility. It's clearly someone an Original like Klaus has compelled and is made to not remember (like Stefan and his 20s episode meeting Rebekah). Elena isn't as about wearing her pendant as she used to be and I don't think it even works on Originals. Klaus has no intention of killing her, she's more useful to him alive. Giggity? Seriously, though... well, actually, after the double dinner date tonight it's possible Klaus and Elijah want Elena too Maybe threatening to kill people is Klaus' foreplay

I digress. There's very few people who it could be. Elena is at the top of my list then perhaps Matt. Or, it's someone completely new who hasn't been introduced this season.

I miss Katherine a lot too She was so badass. The strongest vampire in Mystic Falls for a long time too.

She could kick ass and not even break a sweat. Elena did a Houdini escape the last episode and finally got a hit on someone. Awesome shotgun to the jaw I miss Katherine though. If Katherine were there and not Elena that guy would have been killed before he took a breath instead of tied to a post next to Stefan.

With all the Originals around, at least temporarily, they're going to need Katherine.

Since she looks out for #1 though, it's not even likely she'd go back. Maybe some of the Original family can convince her.

okay i know i m wayyy...wayyyyyy too late...!!! but i just finished season 2 a few days ago...!!!

how could they kill jenna..?? poor jenna....dint even have to die,...!!! should have let stefen die instead./..!!!! and jenna was a more important character her death should have been shown more drastic!!
