Okay at least my order status changed from 'Pending' to 'Processed'
Their customer support says:

I received no email but lemme just hope it has already left the warehouse
I just picked mine up. It isn't a digipack; it's just a sleeve with the CD in it. There's no booklet. The cover is on the front of the sleeve, obviously, and the back has the songs with the writing and production credits. Mine came with a plastic-wrapped CD & sleeve and a separate autographed sleeve.
