Strategy question: Once you evolve to a strong one that's rare for you to get (like my Arcanine or Nidoqueen, etc) Is it better to power up once you get candies or should I save them and wait to evolve a new, even stronger one?

I've been stalked by Bellsprouts lately and am so close to having a new Victreebell even though it took forever to get one initially...

I've hatched 2 10K eggs so far, both flops; a 400-something Kabuto and an 800-something Hitmonchan. Sad!

Lucky.. I can never hatch a Kabuto or Hitmonchan.. I'd gladly take them!

I only seem to be hatching Jynx, Onyx, Electabuzz, and other basic stuff nobody needs.

Omg just hatched a Porygon<3 It has a really bad moveset but at least I'm now up to 116 caught/117 seen.<3 I believe that leaves me with another 25 to catch, if we exclude region-exclusives, legendaries, and Ditto.

Screaming at the horrible candy spawn rate for Pokemon like Dratini though. Not me needing to walk 500 km to evolve my Dragonair.

I thought you would get multiple candies after you complete an entire cycle with your buddy Pokemon, not only one.

I had to switch out my Dragonair because it would take forever to get enough candies to evolve.

The game is so strange. It took me over 8 balls and 4 berries to catch a CP 95 weedle, but 1 berry and 1 red ball for a CP 1226 DRAGONITE

Am fuming. I ran out of Pokeballs when trying to catch a Snorlax earlier.

I did catch an Onix about half an hour later though. And then my egg hatched into a Cubone which let me evolve to Marowak so I'm slightly appeased.

Why do almost all my 5km eggs hatch into the same Mons?

I'm convinced the Pokestop you pick the egg up at influences the odds of the hatch.

Just sprinted 9 blocks for a Blastoise. It was CP 238, but it's fine. My fourth one.

My next evolution spree will involve a 900+ Growlithe and a 775+ Exeggcute.

At 124 caught and 125 seen. Evolved Pikachu today after I managed to get enough candy (was missing 24) thru the buddy system, my current buddy is Graveler. I still need 62 candy/km for Golem
