It really does. Because every sensation is so much more intense. Even jerking off seems like the best thing in the world, when high. Stoned orgasm is the best.
But I've read that continuously having an orgasm after smoking weed can lead you to not be satisfied by an orgasm when you're sober, and it's somewhat true
