I really can step it up and lead. I, all my life have tried to tale control of a situation and work with everyone. I want great results for every situation and want to work with my team or by myself if needed to get the job done the best way possible.

I think so. I really try and get things done in the best way possible. I am not a bossy leader though. I try and make everyone happy while getting everything done. I don't want bad work done though, if someone is not doing the right thing, I have NO problem telling them
