Yeah, same here. Every single time I had friends over and played "Alive", they forced me to turn it off as soon as she started screaming in the chorus.
Actually, I don't get why so many people dislike her new material. I've always liked "Chandelier", "Elastic Heart", "Free the Animal" and "Breathe Me", but besides that, I've never really cared for Sia and her music. Her releases this era, though, have made me an absolute stan. E.g. "One Million Bullets" might be the best vocal performance I've ever witnessed in my life. There's something so captivating and touching about how she's creating those shaky echoes with her voice, and it pains me to see how much hate this song gets only because people wouldn't take their time listening to it more than once since
it's not as catchy as her previous stuff. She's basically a musical genius, and arguably the most experimental and talented singer/songwriter of our time.
