4/5, I've never heard a song by Alexandra Burke.
Well, Ciara was a nice surprise That was one of the best albums of the year, but it got little to no credit. Great list so far!

NOW: The Top 5
 | 05. It's Not Me, It's You
by Lily Allen
I never thought that Lily could make a even better album than her debut. Probably the lyrically best album of the year, turns Lily into a pop star. "Everyone's At It" and "The Fear" are the album's best cuts, and "Not Fair" too, which is Lily at her best, and which is this album's "Not Big". "22" is one of the best songs here too, which even might be about Lily, cause she's 23 now. My personal favorite on this great album is "Never Gonna Happen". The album is amazing.
MY FAVORITE TRACKS:
Everyone's At It, Not Fair, Never Gonna Happen |
 | 04. Guilty Pleasure
by Ashley Tisdale
Probably not one of the best albums of the year to many people, but to me it is. I love how versaible the album is. She shines on the opening track which is her most mature probably, on the first single too, then the pop/rock tracks, "Masquerade" and "Overrated", and mostly on "Hot Mess" which is a perfect mix of her old pop stuff and the new rockish too. Ballads are still not her best side, but she's at her best on songs like "Hair". One of the best songs here is also "Crank It Up", one of the best dance songs of the year. The album has some little flaws, but overall, it's pretty great.
MY FAVORITE TRACKS:
Acting Out, Hot Mess, Crank It Up |
 | 03. Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel
by Mariah Carey
This is by far her best album this decade. I think "Emotions", "Music Box", "Daydream", "Buttefly" and "Memoirs" are her best work. The album is amazing mostly because it has a personality. Mimi outshines her self on the opening track, as well as the closing one, and in the meantime, "The Impossible" and "Languishing", and even on the great danceable tracks "Obsessed" and "Up Out My Face". The 2nd best R&B album of the year. Music genius making genius music.
MY FAVORITE TRACKS:
Betcha Gon' Know, Up Out My Face, I Want To Know What Love Is |
 | 02. The Element Of Freedom
by Alicia Keys
Alicia Keys' 4th album is like all of them so far, amazing. This one is probably her most personal yet. She's at her best on "Love Is Blind", which might even be her best song, "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" which is something different from what she's done before, amazing piano ballad "That's How Strong My Love Is". Her biggest colabo so far with Bee is also pretty great, and the perfect way to end this album is her version of "Empire Of State Of Mind". R&B perfection.
MY FAVORITE TRACKS:
Love Is Blind, Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart, Un-thinkable |

 | 01. All I Ever Wanted
by Kelly Clarkson
This is exactly how a perfect pop/rock record should sound like. It has brighter songs ("My Life Would Suck Without You", "I Want You"), darker songs ("Impossible", "The Day We Fell Apart"), something in between ("If I Can't Have You", "Long Shot") and killer ballads ("Cry", "All I Ever Wanted"). Kelly rocks out on the bubblegum pop jam "Whyyawannabringmedown", the piece of pure pop called "I Want You", both Katy Perry tracks which she didn't just turn into real songs, she turned them into masterpieces, and mostly on "Impossible" which is one of the best songs she ever recorded. "If No One Will Listen" and "All I Ever Wanted" are some of her best ballads, while "Already Gone" is amazing too, but it lacks something in my opinion (maybe cause the beat is pretty much the same the whole). This isn't her best album, but it's close 2nd and it's pretty amazing, cause it's a mixture of all of her three previous albums. Album of the ****ing year.
MY FAVORITE TRACKS:
My Life Would Suck Without You, Long Shot, Impossible |

Your list is female dominated, not really suprised though. Anyways, it's great to see Lily Allen being appreciated somewhere and i'm loving the KC no.1. Nice Top 20, but in the future, try listening to some male artists.

I do, but I don't think their music is that great.
IMO, the girls make better music.
