When listening to his first two albums in the past I've felt like there were flashes of brilliance but a little something was missing, this feels like the culmination and climax of those where everything came together in fruition and made a fantastic album from top to bottom. It's soothing, sensual, and spectacular.
This album just needed a better role out. The fact that the label just released this album even when "Coffee" did next to nothing is funny. Rihanna's label refuses to release her album without a huge #1.
They might make "simplethings" the next single since it's the song that's selling.
"waves" is really amazing, though.
I think any single is doomed because "Adorn" is still getting airplay. They need to put a halt on that song. Ugh.
