I agree, it was a sloppy release. I said that at the time, I think they should have waited atleast two weeks to release it. In the UK it looks like she is going to get away with it because it is currently on course for no.1 this Sunday, thus far it has peaked at number 3.It still has a shot at number 1 on the Hot 100
