I have listened to half of the list (thirteen songs) tonight, and I'm gonna listen to the other half tomorrow.

Out of the thirteen I listened to, I knew seven of the songs and I'm pretty sure on eleven of the artists as well.

This is one of the worst first rounds since I joined in Season 5... :-/

I only like 3 songs tbh. A lot of these melodies are so bad, made me understand why they were left unreleased.

I loved VDK's commentary It was a great read.

I listened to all of the songs and left my first impressions. I liked a couple

Commentary (Spoilers)

1. Sounds like a Christian Rock songs
2. One of the best solo sam smith songs I have heard
3. I don't like her voice and pronunciations. The song is very annoying to me.
4. The best song so far. Soulful and smooth. A little fillery sounding
5. Annoying like 3. But much better
6. Annoying the vocal effects are grating as are her voice and the instrument used.
7. Very nice after the last one. mika? Beautiful but somehow playful
8. The best one yet.
9. need ur love. Fine
10. Yas!!!
11. Madonna? This is annoying like songs 5 &6. I'm over these big drums and annoying electronic breakdowns and hooks.
12. yes hard rock. Pretty awesome. It chugs along nicely
13. the best use of breakdowns
14. It's Haunted/ghost. It's cool but safe.
15. It's acoustic I like it
16. slightly bluesy it's cool with quirky production
17. Cute. Her enunciation is endearing
18. It's good for them. I like the slight incorporation of electronics.
19. I don't like this. It's a little generic. Oh it's Tove. The chorus is very uninspired. I feel like she akes an edgy approach to cover up basic songwriting
20, Wildfiiiiree!
21. Vaguely soulful. It's a little basic and repetitive but alright.
22. I feel like it does what the last song tried to do better. I liked it
23. I don't like. That voice is so shrill and high-pitched. The way she enunciates the syllables at the end of the words is annoying and the song is too fast
24. Its nice to have a song that lets things sink in instead
25. Its ok.

Y'all, I was too impatient so I had to google Song 3 and find out the artiste. Saving it now to my main hard drive!

Song 1 - Really good song
Song 2 - No. Just no. Sure, better than the overrated singles but still. Desperate.
Song 3 - Reminded me of Cher Lloyd. But cool
Song 4 - Better than that single that sampled that one number hit in the US
Song 5 - One of the more radio friendly songs on her album
Song 6 - The hate she is getting this round sucks - but at the same time, she has better songs on that album
Song 7 - Pretty nice.
Song 8 - Literally one of my favorites from her!
Song 9 - No thanks. The backup vocals alone sound like Sam Smith
Song 10 - I would have ranked it higher if that damn rapper didn't say "Yas bitch yas"
Song 11 - Not the best Madonna song...
Song 12 - Too hard for my taste.
Song 13 - This was ok. But nothing special
Song 14 - People ONLY call this safe because MOST people have heard this album. I paid Beyoncé complete dust though so this was my first time hearing the song. It was ok.
Song 15 - Boring.
Song 16 - This would have been better if her voice wasn't edited so much
Song 17 - Not too bad from this girl. She has better though
Song 18 - This is one of their weakest. And the singer sounds annoying on this song.
Song 19 - Much better than the song she had a hit with last year
Song 20 - With every song I hear from her, it makes her album sound even better.
Song 21 - This is better than the messy ballad he did with that one popular artist
Song 22 - It's ok. Nothing special.
Song 23 - Again, she's getting too much hate this round. This is in the Top 3 of the album for me

Listening to it now. I have to say... this round really is just okay. Out of maybe 10 songs that I already know, I only love five of them. The other songs are meh.
