Statistically speaking, she's right; thanks to her pop cuts and 3515354 features. When focusing on her true Hip-Hop songs she falls extremely flat w/this statement. Both Kim & Miss have tons more impact & memorable songs. However, I honestly can't think of a single female rapper that has maintained Nic's level of international relevance & continued success. And none of her peers today seem to be able to replicate it.

I guess it just depends on what you consider requirements for being GOAT. For me, I need impact, memorable songs & a certain level of artistic integrity, so no Nicki, you aren't. But to each it's own.
