She declined hard, she hasn't even outsold Born This Way's first week sales so don't try and bring up the "no one is selling as much as their peak" argument because it doesn't apply here.
Applause (the LEAD single) has sold only more than BTW's last 2 singles and Judas and it's not her biggest radio hit
Mediabase inflated their audience last year so of course it's going to look like it's her biggest radio hit
