And I don't spot a single lie. Katy Perry has been an undeniable huge albums and singles seller in Oceania and the other countries you mentioned since 2010 and she is the bigger artist of the two in the US as which stands as the biggest music market and therefore guarantees a greater income.

when someone releases back 2 back albums, back 2 back singles and doesn't take a break for 8 straight years means he/she is thirsty for success (=tries too hard to sell records)

- Someone who is thirsty for success doesn't release a video 6months after the song peaked because FANS still wanted it.

- Someone who is thirsty for success doesn't sing a year old song when she has a current single out to be promoted.

By all means tell yourself Katy is more successful than Rih, but to everyone else Rihanna is superior.
