I'm talking about the usual wannabe popstar YouTuber posting covers covering mainstream pop songs. I'm not saying Troye is necessarily a bad singer, I'm saying he can't sing well. He just isn't anything special to me. I'm looking forward to see performances though. Maybe his stage presence is something else, but I doubt it.

I kinda think he knew what he was doing with that line but he wasn't doing it with bad intentions. Like you and I could hear it and really think about it, it could get people talking in that way OR on the flip side some extremist could blow it out of proportion and still get people talking.

I think that makes sense.

But how do they know this? How do they know what they gotta do and how on earth should this be killing people

And then the reality, they often die in their quest to kill others: ‘Till they put you in the ground boy’

The worst part is this is what is actually happening around in our world, in the Middle East
Innocent people are being killed by soldiers who have been brainwashed into thinking killing is what they need to do

The production and song writing are amazing

All four new songs are great. 8/10.

However I agree with those who are criticizing Troye's voice. Saying he can't sing is too far, but he sounds weak on Touch, Fun and Gasoline. I can't imagine he'll be able to pull it off live.

Also, pretty surprised with true themes on this album, drugs, sex and war/ terrorism? I'm the same age as troye these are pretty mature things to be writing about.

in the EP announcement video he talked about how it had been several months in the works, so hopefully he recorded more than just 4 songs in that time
