Regardless of what she releases this is still gonna get backlash. That's the thing with playing in two genres you just can't keep both sides happy.
She's clearly leaning toward full pop but even so she needs to be wise. Releasing a Teenage Dream-esque type of album all of a sudden would be a very stupid idea, especially cause the GP knows her all too well.
I'm actually really excited for this, as long as they're more like I Knew You Were Trouble and fresher sounding - I don't want a WANEGBT/22 rehash album, she's worth so much more than that.
I think it'll be 50/50. I reckon there will be some up beat pop singles, and a couple ballads by MM. Then some more classic Taylor sounding songs, maybe produced by Ryan Tedder?
But Max produced "Problem" for Ariana and that sounds nothing like his KP stuff. I'm confident he can find a middle ground with Taylor that stays true to her roots. The man's been doing this for over a decade he's pretty smart.
I wish she would do a double disc album and make one disc country and the other one pop.
There is a God and He must make this happen, please Lord do this!!!! She could do acoustic pop like Joy Williams (half of the civil wars). I can see why some of you are screaming hell no tho.
Does this mean we will finally keep her from stealing the country awards? I love her, I really do, but she ain't country.
that's Miranda. And she doesn't steal the awards she buys/bribes the academy.

She didn't win any Grammys for Red either but guess what?! She didn't give a **** cause she still got a Grammy for another song she did and has plenty more at home to keep her happy.
