Just got home from the show! I'll be uploading all of my pictures for tomorrow if you guys are interested.
She was amazing. The tour seemed a little low-budget... one stage, just her music videos playing behind her instead of tour-specific visuals, no pyrotechnics except some steam/smoke machines... just two outfits, plus a studded jacket for the encore...
But she BROUGHT. IT. DOWN. She was so high-energy throughout the entire 1.5hour show. It was a perfect mix of new and old songs, complete rock-out bangers and stripped back acoustic songs and ballads. She played classical piano for a little and told us she wants to bring out parts of herself she's never felt comfortable showing before, like the fact that she loves playing piano and took lessons when she was a kid (even though she can't read sheet music).
As for merch... it was a lot of Neon Lights Tour merch, plus a few DEMI World Tour t-shirts. There's a journal with her bird tattoo, some sunglasses, a signed copy of her memoir (for $100
), and a #REALLYDONTCARE poster that slayed, that I almost bought but didn't. No tour book
