Didn't they just not promote her and then she got dropped and her album was cancelled? It's good that she's free from her old label... but I don't think they'd really care either way.
But the song is a jam! Love it.

Well, it all began after 'Get Over U' flopped, they basically forced an over-sexualized image on her which obviously didn't fit her at all.
They really tried to make her into the sexy, generic dance pop star and practically took away her all originality (the whole Gypsy pop style).
F U Bettah , Bad Dog and all the other **** that they made her record, are good examples of this.
Before F U Bettah she did have 'Gold' which sounded like a smash, a bit generic but still very good.
But instead of promoting it, they did nothing, I don't think they even let her make a video for it so they just let it go to waste.
But they did finance a video for F U Bettah, which just blows my mind tbh. cause Gold was 10000x better.
I think she recorded three debut albums over the last 4 years and they all got shelved.
She kept calling them asking what was going on, why nothing was happening but she never got any answers.
Eventually she got released from her contract and well, that's exactly why people are saying stuff like this now.
Because this really shows that Neon was capable of creating a hit in her own gypsy pop style, if they had just let her do her thing.
Warner Br. Records is pure hell though, they did the same thing to The Veronicas.
