Basically, 1 member from each tribe will win individual immunity. Therefore, they won't be voted off when both tribes go to tribal council.

So, for my tribe, if Unreachable_Boy wins individual immunity then he won't be voted off when my tribe goes to tribal council this week, and he'll be safe, but the other 7 members from my tribe can be voted off.
