Whenever I think of them, I feel sad. They make such amazing music, their voices go so well together, but now they've broken up/gone on hiatus. The fact that they're not even on speaking terms just upsets me. It's just sad for two people with such amazing artistry and stage chemistry to end up like this. I just hope they eventually fix their differences even if they don't return to music.

However for the album, well it just fell flat for me. It's wasn't bad, yet it wasn't good. Sure it had it's moments, but other than that it pretty much did nothing for me.

Yes! I thought with her previous songs like Put Your Heart Up etc she sounded like some generic pop singer but then when The Way came out, it just blew me away.

Yep, the girl who's just months younger than me almost makes the top 10 artists of 2013, but sadly she shall settle just outside of it. Let me just say that Pure Heroine is literally pure perfection. It's like you take Lana Del Rey add remove the old daddy loving theme and replace it with the adolescent spirit and you get Lorde. Not saying Lana is worse than Lorde (in fact Lana>>>), but Lorde's music feels a lot more relatable in this sense.
