The album comes out August 4th so Single #2 will be released July 27th or 20th.
Since uk singles always premiere 1,5-2 months earlier we should get it in like 3-4 weeks

It was in the 150s a couple of hours after the pre order was released and is currently at #260
Once single #2 premieres it should climb up again
