TRL is not even TRL anymore, it is just random crap on MTV.
I am so glad I get MTVU here... actual blocks of video!!!

It is sad that TRL does not even have full videos, let alone good songs    |

Love is a State of Grace...

I don't really know if it is, but I LOVE this song. Why Brit or Jive decided to exclude this from the album, I have no clue, but this song's the ****. Very European. Me likes.
I still haven't heard the album, nor do I plan on listening to it till I get my greasy little hands on the cellophane, unwrap at the top right corner, get that borderline breakable CD out of the jewel case, put it in my stereo and press play. That's what's wrong with y'all young'ns nowadays.

 IT'S CALLED "ELEMENT OF SURPRISE".

LMAO. Bitch please. You'd have had it the moment it leaked on your PC if you weren't using dial-up.
As for 'State of Grace' ,apparently, it's the song that revealed how Heaven will be like. It's sad that it didn't make the album ,but if you heard 'Blackout' ,the song totally doesn't fit in the album. But hey, at least we've got to hear it somehow illegally.    |

I think her label is saving the song for a possible re-release or at least a b-side (it wouldn't be the first time that a b-side is better than any track in a Britney album, i.e. "I Run Away"), SOG doesn't sound like a demo to me.
Anyways...

Artificial Social Life Fridays, The Third.

Welcome to the the third installment of this mopefest called "Artificial Social Life Fridays". So what are you NOT doing today?

Actually, my best friend told me last night that she was going to one of her friend's cousins' parties and invited me. She lost her cell phone, but wrote down my number. At this point, IDK if I'm going anywhere, but itd be nice. Last time I went out with her I managed to leave my house at 9 around there, so who knows? Still, it's rainy in the Nu Yawk City, so let's see.

 What are youse up to?

I am not hanging out with anyone even remotely near my age. I am, instead, with my parents. I think this is more anti-social than just sitting in your dorm room while your floormates go out to party.
Anyway, hopefully you get to go out tonight!

I am not getting Starbucks for the very first time, because, we didn't go there.
But I actually went out with some friends and ate Taco Bell, hung around, etc.

Napping / Credibility of Psychics (BANG 4 YA BUCK!!)

So, what is it you do when you're REALLY ****ing depressed? I nap.
Today, I haven't gotten around to truly napping. My phone is being stupid, I have a speech monologue due tomorrow that I'm basically refusing to type and I'm really not liking how my life has turned out. Life is what you make of it, yeah, but sometimes you gotta wonder if you're just destined to, for example, not have a social life.

On that note, has anyone ever been to a psychic that was dead-on-point when they were predicting your future? Just out of curiosity. I'm thinking about going to one (for the second time) and wondering if it's worth it.

Yeah, I apologize for the constant stream of " " that's been coming from this blog as of late. Maybe something good'll happen this week. Until then, you have this.  |

I usually sleep/nap, take a long long shower (yay for not saving energy), and/or just pace/exercise/put strain on the body somehow so the mind does not think about feelings... Sometimes pointless television helps. Sometimes actual comedic television helps.
I never went to a psychic but I do not know if I truly believe in them anyway.
I hope you find some way of making your life more social.      |

i listen to flyleaf when im depressed (fruitcake warning)
i know where your comming from, when i was in middle school i was never really the kid who had friends infact it was just me myself and i for a while. i used to just sit there in school and wonder if ill always be "alone". i used to spend my weekends at home watching tv. that is until i decided to do something. life is what you make it, i mean you atleat gotta try i sure as hell back then didnt i was just like **** it i dont need anyone. goodluck making your life better btw dont worry too much, social lifes are overrated anywaysz i'd pick tv over being out anytime i actually miss the good old days  |

I do nap. I hate it, but, it really works when you're depressed.
As for the lack of a social life, I've kind of started to accumulate one with 2 new friends, actually 3, and once my dad gets back from Florida, I'm taking care of the diploma issue for sure, so I think you can get out of your rut if I, of all people, am seemingly able to.

Chris? This is your conscience speaking; I think you should try to be more proactive about the social life "situation". If you're not happy with how your social life is going now, only you can improve on it, even if it means going out and meeting new friends. There's nothing wrong with keeping the friends you already have, but if you have more friends to hang out with, it'll decrease the chances of me logging into ATRL Saturday afternoon, and seeing another "Antisocial Friday" blog.
On the other stuff? Never seen a psychic and I'm not in college...so yeah.  |

God, I love all you inspiring mother****ers. ^_^
You know what? No more bitching. This coming Friday night I will NOT be at home typing another blog, even if it means me going to my local mall by myself. OR, I can just ask one of the many people I talk to (but don't chill with) what they're doing instead. I mean, being able to get beer from my deli like *snaps fingers* that, should be a plus, no?
