Lana had the media pressed from the very beginning. The good sis couldn't win over their support so instead of doing their job and reviewing the music, they bashed her and her first national televised TV performance. Maybe they will do their job and actually review Unltraviolence, now that they failed to ruin her career.
She has for sure recovered from the damage that was done. She will still be gettin lukewarm reviews for some time to come. I am sure some are still being pissed about the success she has and being proved so wrong.
The only real option is to wash off that face paint, muss up that hair and try again in a few years
They probably thought that they were doing something by writing this. I love seeing how people were playing ''psychics'' at the beginning of her career, predicting how much she would fall, only to fall flat on their ass. And for some reason people are still doing it, despite her apparent album selling power.
They will be bookmarked and clocked the second time around just like the first. And this time even worse.

Well, while some arguing about some "real" achievents of their faves (Bey, Gaga, Katy) this week on the Top 200, most have overlooked that Lana is listed at No.33 with almost 10k copies sold. 101 weeks after release. I hope Billboard ranks her inside the Top 40 as well.
