Honestly most gays that are out of the closet are usually fem. Whether its slightly fem or extremely flamboyant. Anyway us closet boys are usually masculine. i only play a queen on atrl.

I´m not that masculine, but why not? 90% of my ex-boyfriends are femenines, I think the're cute, I mean they regulary have that shell and act bitchy, but when you own their hearts, they are the sweetest and vulnerable humans and you just want to take care of them, but that is me, I love them

If I remember correctly from PYP, some of you wouldn't be considered "masculine".
But in all honesty it depends. Some femmes aren't attractive and some masculine men aren't attractive.
If someone can hold a conversation and my attention, I don't really care about their mannerisms.

What kinda drag but so true guess many didn't read the title and I agree with your entire statement

A feminine guy is only annoying when you can tell he's acting that way on purpose. Same the other way around, nothing more annoying than one of those stiff looking buffed up fa.gs that like to use my favorite two words: straight acting
Nothing more attractive than a guy that can be comfortable in his own skin.

On another note I think we should be more articulate with what we consider to be masc or femme because we all have different definitions. It would save a lot of the arguments on this site

I mean I have my feminine gestures sometimes but I'm not loud and annoying and constantly trying to get attention. Do y'all mean feminine as in someone who tries and dresses like a girl (guys like Miles Jai from Youtube) or feminine guys as in someone who has really feminine gestures (guys like Tyler Oakley)
|
That's a bad representation of feminine gays / boys who act and/or dress like girls. He's almost like a parody. And Tyler Oakley is the epitome of a bad stereotype. The overuse (and unnatural) of gay slang in his speech

I personally feel as though all of us have complete definitions and perceptions as to what "femme" and "masculine" is and that's why so many of you are acting surprised.
Next time, everybody just be clear with how they feel about stuff.like this. Saves a lot of time and keyboard strokes.

No sis your gay because you like men, not all men are the stereotypical alpha male and there is nothing wrong with it. Many girls are also not feminine either, just because your one gender doesn't mean you need to act a specific way. And tbh are you even masculine your damn self???

But stop over generalizing not all men are tough or your definition of masculine

Wow. The queens are really bothered in here. Sorry, I'm not out the closet and I'm happy that way. Not everyone needs to let the world know that they love rainbows and butterflys. Also even when i joke around and "act gay" people don't even take me serious. Also I don't vogue and I don't do clubs. Sorry you fems are bothered that most of ATRL aren't here for you. Like many have said before, if I wanted a feminine man, id date a girl. I'm just not attracted to guys with lisps, or guys who wear tight clothes, make up or any of that other stuff.

Well I'm not gay. I'm bisexual. Pretty masculine. Only on ATRL do I let my feminine ways show. I personally don't find feminine guys attractive. I like girls, and I like guys. I like super feminine girls. I want my guys to be masculine.

I'd like to see the facts and yes i'm flirting

NezLaos, just because they have a lisp doesn't mean anything.
I have one, yet none of the stuff you types describe me at all.

I cannot deal with the ignorance of your posts... especially in this thread. We get it, you don't like girly men, but don't act like your better than everyone else because you conform to every single gender role in the book.
p.s. your not out of the closet not cause your happy, but because your insecure in yourself to show the world who u truly are. How sad.

I'm happy and confident actually. maybe I was a little harsh but nothing I said was a lie. I'm not attracted to feminine men. I was just giving example of what constitutes as being feminine. Also I'm very content how I'm living. I don't feel a need to let people know my preferences.

Being that the nature of masculine and feminine are social constructs that vary by culture, some of you sound very ignorant.
You guys need to learn to take people for who they are. There is a lot more to someone that simply "masculine" and "feminine" and that's something that I learned long ago. A guy can be into football, sports cars, camping, hiking and still be feminine. On the flip side, a guy can be a homemaker, love Britney Spears, care deeply about his appearance and still be masculine.
It's really not as black and white as some of you make it seem.
I can totally understand why someone would avoid a flamboyant and messy drama queen, but someone who just happens to be naturally feminine? Their voice might be a bit softer, they may have a slight twitch when they walk, etc... but how does that define who they are as a person? They may very well be the love of your life, but you dismiss them over something so trivial? I don't get it.
