well, if we're clearing up sales facts, 'Goodies' didn't sell 3 million in the US, it sold 2.7 million. Also, "Like This" was a top 30 hit in the US and top 5/10/30 around Europe. "Work" was also a huge hit internationally charting in the top 10 in multiple places, top 5 in others. And "Daylight" was also a hit in the UK. So to say the album had "NO HITS" is a lie.

Ok Ciara's album sold 2.74 million in the US, but Kelly's best album sold 600,000 in the US. So what point are you making?
Kelly Rowland's Work (2007) worldwide success is equivalent to Ciara's Love Sex Magic (2009) , the only difference is that Ciara earned a Grammy nomination with LSM, charted in more countries.... and the song actually charted in the US and hit Top 10 on the Hot 100......
Kelly Rowland was part of one of the worlds biggest girl bands of all time, but that impact didn't follow her as a solo artist and Ciara build her empire as a fresh solo artist and she is slowly making her rise again. You cannot say that Kelly has done the damage Ciara has as a solo artist.

Worldwide Kelly does not slay Ciara. Kelly had some worldwide success with a few singles and most of them are successes in the UK only.....

They both had phenomenal success in the past, stop Kelly looking like she is a flop... y'all forgot about 'When Love Takes Over', 'Commander' ... even recently Kelly has huge success in Europe on the new single from Madcon, where she is featured on.

Both Ciara and Kelly Rowland have had brilliant careers imo.
I love Kelly Rowland but her stans always try to make Ciara look like the lessor and that's why I come for them. But I love Kelly Rowland, not her first two albums (just being honest), but since Here I am, she found her niche as an artist and performer, it's just that her label and management sucks when it comes to handling her albums.

We're not comparing whole careers, we're comparing the current eras. The Kelly stans won the battle, so I won't continue.
But Kelly could make some nice up tempo music if she wanted to, focusing more WW. The David Guetta songs are great and even songs like Down for Whatever and Turn It Up (why wasn't that released). Hope she makes songs like that for the re-reelase , but songs like Freak, Street Life, and Gone and TAGG are good too
