You all need to get real, this is Paris Hilton. The song will probably be put on youtube and posted on her twitter sometime in the morning. Its not going to drop right at midnight just because you want it to, I mean who even does that anyway. Besides, its still 3 hours to midnight here in Los Angeles where Paris resides. If she were to drop it right at midnight, which she wouldn't, you'd all still have to wait 3 hours for it.
I'd also assume this won't get a legit itunes release right off the bat either, so I wouldn't expect it to be on your itunes homepage even in the lower ranked section of the new releases. I love her too but this isn't 2006 anymore, her new album will be released in a way you guys would probably deem as "floppy".

If you think Paris herself is handling ANY of this 
She is not sitting in her room waiting until midnight her time to upload it to iTunes.
iTunes gets updates at midnight EST, that's just the way it is. Hundreds of albums and songs drop right at midnight (to answer you question "who even does that anyway"). Nobody is expecting this to get a huge banner and everything, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be put up at midnight October 1st (aka an hour ago). She said October 1st was the release date, can you blame people for trying to see if that meant an iTunes release?

Mess @ you thinking that where an artist lives determines when their single gets put on iTunes. Please have some knowledge before coming in with all of this

Itunes doesnt update every hour of the day. It would have already been on iTunes if it was being released today. My guess is the Video will be released today & The single on itunes in a couple of days/weeks. Just because Paris lives in Los angeles it doesn't mean that the single is put on itunes 12 AM PST. its always 11/12 AM EST. Educate yourself before sounding stupid next time.

I very obviously knew none of you expected it to get a banner, im saying don't even expect it to be on the reel. It probably won't get an itunes release, itll be posted on youtube and promoted through her twitter and where in my post would you have even assumed that I implied she was literally taking care of all of this herself? As I said, this is Paris Hilton. That doesn't mean I think shes handling it, that means its not going to be released like a normal pop star. Shes a generally faded celebrity whose new music will be released by what most people here would probably deem lowbrow means; youtube, twitter, etc. It could get an itunes release, im not saying definitively that it won't, just don't be surprised and start saying mess if its not. Shes been struggling to get music released for the past 7 years.

The only mess is all of you acting like this is going to be handled like every other normal pop star on here. The logical way of thinking would be that they'll post the video or song on youtube in the morning or something and shell post it on her twitter. Just because she said its being released october 1st doesn't mean they're putting it on itunes, therefore you all saying "mess" and being all impatient is kind of illogical. This is Paris Hilton, why would you assume you would get it at 12am.
