Well, without the background dancers and all that amazing visual effects, or any of that choreography, what can Beyonce do aside from hip shaking? I admit her voice is great, but there's really no X-Factor in her voice. At least Mariah has her whistle register to separate her from everyone else and put her in Whitney's league.

Hip Shaking? I admit her dancing was bad ten years ago, but she's much better now. Her choreography is much more complex now.
And no X Factor in her voice? She's easily one of the best mainstream vocalists. One that even rivals Mariah in her prime. Most people who know about vocal pedagogy will tell you that.
Not to mention she can do both. Who else has that amount of singing skill, dancing skill and stage presence combined?

She's simply the Female MJ, she's totally on his level, she's only 31 (almost) but she did a lot, and she will do more and more ..

Does not change how delusional my generation is or the one after.
Nobody will ever come close to MJ! Performing, singing, popularity, or even philanthropic wise. Just stop!

She's a great singer, but she's unlucky today because of all the influx of singing competitions. She doesn't stand out anymore because there are too much Beyonces, Mariahs, Whitneys out there. And not Beyonce's voice is NOT touching Mariah's prime.

Mariah was better, but not by much.
Beyonce has a better mid-chest register and Head Voice register. Mariah is better in the rest though.
As I said in my edited last post,
Who else has that amount of singing skill, dancing skill and stage presence combined in the Mainstream that Beyonce has?

Girl bye.
No one said that.
You decided to bring Mariah up in the first place, when you had no business posting in the first place.
BYE.

Yeah, Mariah's been lazy with tours. But who needs to tour when you've sold 200 million records worldwide. Beyonce on the other hand is mediocre in everything she does. Just because she can sing, dance, act, produce, write songs doesn't mean she's good at them. It's like saying an ice cream has so many flavours, but it won't make a difference if all flavours taste like, for the lack of word, crap.

You just contradicted yours statement. You said that Beyonce doesn't stand out because there are too many people trying to be like her on singing competitions. Wouldn't that mean she is standing out if all these people want to be like her? I've never heard of someone trying to be like someone else that they don't look up to. None of these singing competition balladeers ever come close to Beyonce (example, Alexandra Burke singing Listen with Beyonce) and if they do, they don't get very far because it's been done before like you said Mariah, Whitney, Beyonce.

Single Ladies had two background dancers, the only effect was a spinning camera and someone dimming the lights up and down, and yes, a lot of hip shaking, but a lot more to that. It may not have been most complicated dance ever, but she more than holds her own with the dancers. That's just the most obvious response to this.

Mediocre at singing? At dancing? The critics and the XX disagree and that's all that matters. You can stay here looking delusional all you want, she is considered the best singer of her generation by reputable sources, the best performer of her generation hands down by even more reputable sources and is by far the most critically acclaimed mainstream female singer of her generation.
Keep writing essays, it won't change what The XX think about her.

There's 8 billion people in the world, I'm sure XX's opinion wouldn't really have that much of a significance.

And yet, The XX just put her on his level, they are not the first and they won't be the last. In 3 months you will be back in a Bey's thread, seething and writing paragraphs cause another relevant personage or source would compare her to MJ.

I do think that she's an amazing performer, but I think that's exaggerating too much.
