Many of them can justify their claims and they have. Nicki & Gaga are in no way the same stylistically or musically. The only common thread is that Nicki tries hard to garner a spotlight just as much as Gaga does. Only there can the comparison be drawn, and I said that earlier had you noted.

No, I'm just giving an example of why generalizing is stupid (from all ends, not saying just you guys). Everybody's fanbase can be a mess and the reason Gaga's seems "more frequent" is because of how many more people follow her every move. You're going to get more idiots with a bigger following, that's just the way it is.

A group is always judged by the loudest idiot so it's hard for them to break the reputation they have been given on this site. It's sad, really

Once again, she doesn't understand why.

Its blatantly obvious. You might be the only person who sees why they could be compared but 80% of the nicki fans in here are trying to say there is no comparison.

Whether the comparisons have validity to them is a different argument. But the reason they're there in the first place is not something that's up to discussion. We all know why people are comparing her to gaga no matter how vapid the reason. And for her to act ignorant about it is just stupid.

I think the sad thing is GaGa and Nicki are far more talented than any of the current pop girls. Nicki had to work hard and for many years to get where she is, and I don't fault her for wanting to make money and become a global superstar, but I think she could be more tactful about it and not lose herself in the process.

It's just funny how people act like Gaga is the first one ever to dress weird. I mean besides the meat dress and a few other outfits, the idea of dressing weird has been done before (i.e. Marilyn Manson).

But like Nicki said on the album, people with simple minds have to draw a comparison to interpret an artist. You're not an artist if you're not "copying" someone. It's sad.

Maybe Nicki has been inspired by Gaga at some extent, i'm not sure but i definitively think she had her own style.

There is a similarity between them, it's obvious to anyone who is not biased but there are also small differences, either way both of them will be remember more for their costumes and attention-seeking gimmicks, ridiculous performances instead of their music. I would not say that Nicki is copying Lady Gaga but let's just say that they are both "inspired" by the same artist. And they both changed the type of music they were making before they were famous.
