Oh dear, you obviously didn't get that.
The point being made is that when CHRISTIANS want to take the holy view of every life is sacred...but I ain't paying **** towards it...it makes them look incredibly hypocritical. It is just as wrong when it applies to other people but not nearly as hypocritical.

Explain to me where I said only Christians act this way.

Well one would expect a baby to do all of these things before coming out of the vagina. Well, I'm not sure about consciousness, but the baby breathes through the umbilical cord and has working organs.
I believe life begins as soon as the sperm fertilises the egg. Mitosis and Meiosis come into play and is the signature of life. How could all the cells replicate and form a human if no life was involved?
|
But who's life is exactly causing this?
In my opinion, though many will call it stupid, I only would say it's a separate living organism when the umbilical cord is cut, though I don't doubt it's living. Until, say, after a couple months, I don't think it would even classify as alive. It wouldn't be doing anything or living if it wasn't from the energy and nutrients provided by the mother.

They really are endless. We could talk about that one all day..
People don't see themselves in that light, everything is sunshine and roses when you can't see it, it's easy to support it then take your kids to church.

The it is not directed at you. I hope you get my point to some extent...I think only women and the fathers of the fetus have the right to judge the situation or decide what is to be done.
It's no-one elses business.

And now you are talking well beyond your years. A good point, I'd disagree to an extent but a very good point none-the-less.

Ch.. No offense but, why are you acting like your **** doesn't stink? There is no way to justify generalizing someone or being stereotypical. I'm sorry for the type of Christians you've obviously encountered, but you can get the hell outta here with that. Damn.

Pretty much. So we are technically only stating what we'd do in the situation. Some would keep it or give it up, some would abort it.
Although it wasn't even the question.
And though I still believe no being should be killed, as JungleDisturbia said, choice can come into play under circumstances.

A child is inside a woman's womb, isn't unfair to the child? I truly believe that abortion means to kill a human being. Killing another after birth is a terrible crime; why wouldn't this be true inside the womb? If the woman does not want this child, adoption is always available. However, if there is concern for a woman's health that delivering could possibly be fatal, in those circumstances one would have to make the decision to possibly terminate the child. But more often that not this is not the case. Religion has nothing to do with it.

I'm Pro-choice
When you chose to open your legs... that was your choice, now when your choice was taken away and you were raped then you have a choice and not even.
It's not the governments job to say what women do with their body, but it is their duty to defend people protect life
isn't a butterfly a caterpillar before it is a butterfly... Fetus is merely a stage of LIFE
I've never seen anything DEAD grow... once gestation starts THAT is the beginning of life
90% of abortion is for SELFISH reasons
"I'm not ready" - then you weren't ready for sex
"I don't have enough money' - condoms cost 1 and sometimes are free if you want them bad enough
"The father and I are not in a position to have children" then you shouldn't got into position to have sex
WITH ALL THE CONTRACEPTIVES READILY AVAILABLE.. there shouldn't be a reason why people
Accidentally get pregnant...
We all know the risks involved in getting in a car, but we put on seat belts to be safer... doesn't necessarily mean that if we get in an accident that we'd be 100% secure.. if something, god forbid happens there isn't a vacuum to REVERSE the accident.
I think that people should accept the responsibility to their actions and stop COWARDING away from responsibility
You had you choice, you took it, this happened... now... deal with it.
it's not the babies fault.
Funny thing is probably 100% of you pro-choice people are disgusted with Casey Anthony... all she did technically was have a LATE LATE Abortion she wanted to live life without responsibility of a child...
Whatever, y'all are hard-headed and will pass-over the post and continue with your life as you did before...
oh FYI Notice... none of my post had anything to do with RELIGION

You still don't get it, I don't know if I can simplify it enough. You'll work it out eventually but I'm not typing it out again.

You people are so sanctimonious, it's disgusting.
I don't know how anyone, especially a gay man, can have the audacity and hypocrisy to be Pro-Life.

No contraceptive is 100% effective. And certain situations, such as antibiotics, can negate the already non-fool-proof effects of certain birth controls.
