You girls are crazy to try to throw B'Day away like trash, but I would expect nothing less from the tacky members of ATRL. That album has a distinctive sound that sets Beyonce apart from her peers. It is her in her element and something nobody in her generation could make. The harmonies, vocals, and aggression are unmatched.
It was really what I wanted to do, and try and go against the grain and put music back on the radio and albums...

I feel like some artists focus on their image or their hairstyle or their clothes or how they are going to present themselves, I focus more on how my VOICE is going to change and how my music is going to change and evolve and I feel like that is a lot more important for me, that you can hear my growth vocally and I really focused on showing my range and the strength in my vocal ability...

I'm here for GOD'Day I praise GOD'Day daily but I will NAWT let a bitch come for I Am...Kiling You Hoes on my watch.
For me it goes like "4">B'Day>DIL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>IASF.
She considers "4" and DIL to be her classic because it is her most cohesive albums and they are RnB/soul albums where her voice shines the most. B'Day is maybe better than DIL but some songs like "Me Myself and I" or "The Closer I get to You" "Speechless" **** on it. Sadly their are some letdowns like "That's How you like It" or the "I'd rather be with U"'s remake that makes B'day the stronger album of the two.
