The picture with Born This Way could also just be a picture not implying anything.

But you can't be correct/incorrect because you don't know.

Now let's not get ahead of ourselves. It is entirely possible that it is NOT the first single. If it was, wouldn't she have said so? I think she's prepping us for the song, but then going to release something different entirely.
