I never said that Celine Dion was not very successful. I said that going by that logic those must be the most remembered of the 90s since they both pulled 30m+. The questions was rhetorical in that the answer is no.
My point is that not every album that sales a lot is necessarily influential nor remembered.

It's honestly debatable wether My Heart Will Go On is the most remembered song of the 90s, since it's the soundtrack of arguably one of the most famous and sucessful movie of all time Titanic, and back then the single was selling the album, so yeah, the question is really not rhetorical.
Not every album that sales a lot is influential, that's true, but not remembered ? Especially when a lot is 30M+ ? Come on.
