- With "Closer" and "Cold Water" at Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, on both the Hot 100 and Hot Dance/Electronic Songs simultaneously, it's the first time that the top two have matched on the two charts, dating to the latter list's January 2013 launch.
- twenty one pilots are just the third rock act with simultaneous top five Hot 100 hits in the chart's 58-year history, following only The Beatles and Elvis Presley. They're the first rock act to do so in 47 years.
From official Billboard site.

No I think they will count, but predicting streams that haven't happened yet and are vey different than last week is extremely hard.
Gap to #16 seems to big though.

Strong competition in that region right now.
If radio continues like this it will go back up

Oh at least Peter Pan got to #42.
Technically hasn't peaked in airplay yet. Good place regardless for a country female song these days.

I just noticed...
21 Pilots is the first group this century to have 3 songs go T5 in a year.
Chainsmokers was close - Roses peaked #6.

They're the first rock act to do so in 47 years, as The Beatles totaled 18 weeks with at least two concurrent top five hits in 1964-66 and 1969

That's an opinion, yes.
I find both "consecutive" and "simultaneous" things often a shrug, esp if it's also further asterisked by genre.

Either way, they're slaying, that's what it matters . Truly shocking how they came from nothing to all this sucess out of nowhere.

Compared to some of the obscure records Billboard mention they're pretty notable imo.

That's pretty much ironic, since most of the "accolades" you post here are gag-worthy.

So I'm thinking Side To Side has to debut higher than 85, right? It's #7 on iTunes, #54 on Spotify (and increasing fast), and the live performance and official video have gotten 25.2 million views combined on YouTube in the past 2-3 days (granted they're not all from the US but still). I know this all only started halfway into the tracking week, but I would hope it would be able to make the top 50 at least.
