I'm really not convinced, they didn't date over a summer and didn't break-up in December.
They were together just around V-Day promo time. To be completely honest I find it hard to believe they really dated, I think they were just good friends and the media twisted it then the promo team decided it was good for the movie.

I get that bit I just, the times she gives us do not fit at all. I think it's more likely to be someone she was with when on tour over summer or something like that.
