It means your virus is less than a certain level in your blood pretty much making it ineffective at harming you and very unlikely to transmit to others. Being undetectable means you pretty much aren't a level where you will develop AIDS.

Pregnant women gets false positives often but very few people get false negatives that I know about.

Not correct information. You are thinking are seroconversion where you can have the virus but it can't be seen.
