And what has she done since then to negate what I typed?
Popped a yearly album out like a puppet, with the same tired formula of X (latest music trends) and Y (latest fashion trends)? Don't forget to add an Eminem feature for good measure! Basically anyone could do that, given the opportunity.
Negative 1 originality.

TEOG spent 12 weeks in the top 10 and has sold 3 million in the US alone... it's a hit.

No. Bye.

Did I say they would? No. I never said PRISM was bigger than Beyonce, I said ALBUM SALES are hyped up to be more than what they actually represent. With the way Beyonce fans are talking in here, you're making it seem like Beyonce is pulling in 21 numbers or something. The girl is like 400,000 albums ahead of Katy WW and now Katy is above her on the weekly chart. She isn't doing THAT much better for her supposed "legendary" status.
Also people arguing touring, majority of the public does NOT care about Madonna anymore if you want me to give an example. She is a Legend and everyone knows her name, but in terms of relevancy NOW she isn't cared for. People remember her old hits, but don't care about her new material yet she can still EASILY outgross any of these girls when it comes to touring. Why? Because her fanbase is insanely huge and are willing to pay a shitload to see her.
Not to mention, didn't Beyonce do over 200+ dates for this tour? She didn't do anything like Madonna and pull a 400,000,000 grossing tour off of 80 sold out dates so stop throwing those touring receipts in people's faces because the public DOES NOT CARE about touring. Now before anyone think i'm insulting Madonna I'm not. She's had an amazing career, but i'm just pointing out that touring does NOT equate to public relevance.

Rihanna will last, this is clear. Let's not be delusional.
She's been out almost 10 years and has tons of hits
no one will forget about her, sorry..........................

All another girl needs is her stylist, her hot producers and a lucky break in the form of Umbrella and they can become Rihanna too.

Lmaooo this is how you know someone is stuck in the past and ignoring facts. This may have been true in 2006 but now? Rihanna is a pop culture icon. Multiple Vogue covers in the span of three years, respected fashion icon, 14 million albums sold since 2010 alone, more #1 singles than Madonna and the biggest trendsetter in pop music. You're telling me that's replaceable? Only the hive

Aww @ the Navy acting like she was pouring it up for all of those 9 years. How cute
Well they can still milk the cash cow, so they don't need to find a replacement yet. It's that simple. It's nothing to rest assured on.

"Kind of young but watch out!" She's so much bigger than Katy and Rihanna, in the States at the very least.

Rihanna debuted well over a year before Taylor Swift. And Rihanna and Katy are global - the US isn't the only market in the world.

Since the only things that matter are Grammys, touring and albums.
