OMFG IT ALREADY HAPPENED. The sleep paralysis!
I opened my eyes to scan the room and get an image if it so I wouldn't have to keep opening my eyes. I closed my eyes then just pictured that image in my head, as if it was there. After about five minutes, I "woke up" but my eyes wouldn't open, and I couldn't feel a thing. No temperature, no smells, no hearing, nothing. Then it all went away. Then I woke up again sweating really hard and my head hurt. I WAS SCARED FOR MY ****ING LIFE!! It is like you are alive, but your 5 senses are gone, and you are stuck in that same position. It is like you are inside of your head ONLY, and the rest of your body is just there, you know it is there, but there is nothing you can do with it and you just sit there! I couldn't even stop to think rationally because my mind was in straight chaotic panic mode and it felt like "something else" was trying to push me out and take control of my body.
It scared the life out of me, but i want to do it again

That sounds so crazy!
I wanna do it but I can't.
Not just because I'm too much of a ***** to even try but because it takes me forever to fall asleep. Not only that, it's impossible for me to stay still.

I plan on doing it at around 2 or 3 am. I really want to experience this. The adrenaline rush that I'll experience when I wake up is enough incentive.

Something about it was facinating. It is a serious out of body experience. I know it seems crazy that I want to do it again but Im just being honest

Yeah my sleeping schedule is so ****ed up rn. I used to go to sleep at 8 and wake up at 3 last month, but each night I seem to go to sleep later and later. I'm so tired all day

Does anyone else lay down and dream about things while being awake before you actually go to sleep? I always do that. I listen to music, then I lay down for awhile dreaming up stuff before I actually go to sleep.
I hope that makes sense.

This happened to me yesterday

I've had it only once, freaky as ****. Everything around me was dark & shadowy, tried to move but felt completely stuck & this unexplained pressure holding me down. It was trippy. I fell back asleep & woke up scared as hell a ghost was teasing me. Then googled & found out it was sleep paralysis I refused to sleep on my back anymore
|
Oh gurl, I have this like once a week, and sometimes it happens like multiple times a night. I've been sleeping on my stomach lately though, so it hasn't been happening.
