So they are measuring the bandwidth of users and what they download with certain labels right? They will give you 3 warnings (which include the consequences of illegal downloading) then after that they will slow down the service or suspend it, possibly take a class or whatever to regain your normal service.
Ok so the options are:
- Download ish in a public place (Library, Bookstore and so on)
- Get an International Internet Provider
- Don't download full albums, just song by song say by Mediafire

They've actually never been about imprisoning or even successfully suing people. Their strategy has always consisted of scaring people into settlements.
